We try to ship orders on the same day they are received. We ship your package via United States Postal Service.
You must place your order by 12:00 pm (Pacific Time) daily Monday through Friday, so we can get your order in the mail before the Post Office Closes for the day.
If your order is returned to us by the USPS for reasons of "Address Uknown" or "Unclaimed", you will be charged a $5.00 service fee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately with your concerns. We want all our customers to enjoy their purchase and will do our best to satisfy all issues.
